The domaine is located in Fuissé, and cultivates 8.5 ha located in the villages of Fuissé and Solutré-Pouilly. It is a family winery run by Jean-Jacques and his two sons, Nicolas and Antoine. Most of the vines are 70 years old on average.
In order to maintain microbial/microbic/bacterial life, we manually work the soil and do not use chemical herbicide. Every cuvee comes from a very unique terroir. The grapes are harvested by hand when they reach ideal maturity. The vinification is natural without any additives. The wines are aged for a period between 20 and 30 months. We bottle the wine ourselves at the domaine.
